Porsche Centre Leeds supports Eastwood for Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain 2017

After a strong debut Carrera Cup last season, Porsche Scholar Charlie Eastwood is now competing as one of the firm favourites to challenge his Redline Racing teammate and 2016 Carrera Cup champion, Dan Cammish.

Round 1 at Brands Hatch (Indy) saw Charlie Eastwood finish 0.502 of a second behind fellow Redline Racing stable mate Dan Cammish. However Round 2 proved slightly more challenging with Dino Zamparelli separating the Redline Racing teammates.

In what is already lining up to be the most hotly contested season to date, Porsche Centre Leeds was delighted to host Round 3 and 4 at Donington Park (National). On Sunday 16 April, Porsche Centre Leeds hosted 26 customers in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB Race Centre where customers received breakfast, lunch and complimentary refreshments throughout the day. Once breakfast was served our guests were treated to a welcome talk in the Porsche Technical Awning followed by a Paddock Tour and a scholarship talk by Charlie.

It was a fantastic day for both our guests and for Charlie Eastwood who finished first in both rounds. Eastwood’s pace has progressed notably over the course of last season and he has continued to demonstrate this impeccable form in the 2017 season.
